These Terms of Use apply to Lensdot, the lensdot.app website, and related services developed and published by Mangkon. By using our products, you agree to these terms.

Use of the apps

You may use our applications for lawful personal or business purposes in accordance with applicable laws, these terms and the policies of Google Play or Apple platforms.

Your content

You retain responsibility for photos, scans, recordings, notes and other content you create or import. You must have the rights and permissions necessary to capture, store, process or share that content.

Location and evidence features

GPS, timestamps, maps, device readings and other contextual information can be affected by device conditions, network availability, operating-system behavior and environmental factors. You should independently verify information where accuracy is critical or legally significant.

Purchases and subscriptions

Where an app offers purchases or subscriptions, billing is handled through the applicable app-store platform unless otherwise stated. Renewal, cancellation and refund rules are governed by the store and the terms shown at the time of purchase.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse our applications, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, reverse engineer protected portions except where legally permitted, or use the apps to violate another person's rights.

Availability

We work to keep our applications reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature will work on every device, operating-system version or network.

Disclaimer

Our applications are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. They are productivity tools and are not a substitute for professional legal, surveying, medical, emergency or other regulated advice.

Changes

We may improve, modify or discontinue features and may update these terms when necessary. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
