Before contacting support
Make sure you are using the latest app version, restart the app, and check camera, location, microphone and storage permissions in your device settings. If a problem remains, email us with steps to reproduce it.
Privacy requests
For questions about personal information, permissions, data deletion or privacy practices, use the same support email and write “Privacy Request” in the subject line.
Store and billing questions
Purchases made through Google Play or the Apple App Store are normally managed by the relevant store account. We can help identify the correct path when you contact us.
